You also have the option to subscribe to Yahoo! email and Web hosting plans and use the domain locking feature.

However, if your goal is to create a personal Web site, check out Yahoo!’s Geo-Cities service (geocities.yahoo.com). GeoCities is designed specifically for low-traffic, personal Web sites.
